Now lay out the salad. The first layer is grated beets. Drizzle a little with the prepared sauce. Then we put pieces of herring, after removing all the bones. Sprinkle the herring with chopped herbs. For flavor, you can add a pinch of lemon zest. Drizzle a little more dressing sauce.

We divide the boiled eggs into proteins and yolks, three of them separately on a grater. The next is a layer of grated yolks, we also pour a little sauce over it. Lay out the grated egg whites last. This layer does not need to be seasoned with sauce. We send the salad to infuse in the refrigerator. When serving, decorate with greens on top.
